This is a building system study of the relationship between panels and connectors. The connection points in the wood panels are carved out to create a contoured relationship that makes a fluid transition with the nodes of the steel connectors. The joints are flexible and able to bend to create a dynamic surface. The modularity of the system allows for a multitude of patterns to emerge when the pieces are organized in different ways. This system can be used as a stand-alone structure or as a new cladding on an existing structure.
