My work investigates the interconnected and cyclical nature of the self and the natural world. In my paintings I examine the systems and structures, upon which all life is built, to find the common denominator. I am interested in rerouting the systems to build new structures and interested in how that yields a new form of life-being. The use of nuanced color relationships creates a reverberation and vibration in an effort to breathe life into these condensed images that straddle both imagination and material reality.
