Consumerism

Photography, 2019, 11"w x 14"h; 14"w x 11"h (each)

We have become a society in which we’re constantly bombarded with ads about buying the next big thing. Sometimes consumerism becomes extreme, and this project is based around the idea of the fine line we walk every day. At what point does consumption become excessive? How many thousands of dollars go into various industries that sell you products left and right? When does buying into the ads we’re bombarded with become too much?
