I merge my passion for fine art with my obsession for sweet confections. After completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts at OCAD University, I went on to study French Pastry at the French Pastry School in Chicago, where I completed the “l’Art de la Patisserie” program. Running my own pastry business since 2005, I recognize cake as a canvas. With my study and practice of different mediums, I am able to explore a world with no limitations. My work not only pleases the eye, but the palette, too.
