I’m currently studying memetics carried from mythology, religion and folklore to modern culture and information. I’m intrigued with the similarities of symbols used within myth and how these became culturally embedded and repeated. I am especially interested in myth related to the afterlife and the paranormal. I use my studies to investigate my own personal happenings. In this way, I’m beginning the process of collecting evidence. In my work, animals act as symbols, and windows are wormholes for viewing different planes. I create gateways and barriers that I am free to explore safely.
