This series of digital drawings is an exploration in mindfulness. They depict a single subject in a variety of positions of standing, walking, sitting, or lying. To be mindful is to listen to the physical sensations, feelings, and thoughts as they arise in the body, and it can be practiced every waking moment (“I am walking; I am standing; I am lying down; etc…”). It is a way to reconnect with everything that is happening within
and around oneself.
