Star Gate is a hexagon that is equally divided into 12 rhombuses distinguished by alternating colors. The temperature differences of the background colors affect the appearance of the gradients above. Tension is created by intersections of overlapping layers. A rotational fractal pattern changes direction while shifting from noncolor into a red tonal gradient. Distortion occurs within the fractal as its lines repeat closer to the center, while implied lines reveal new geometries within the form.
