There is a constant cascade of emotions embedded in everyday life. I believe that each day, no matter its mundaneness, has some form of wonder or importance in our lives. In my practice I explore these intense emotions wrapped in everydayness. Navigating those moments—charged with anxiety, sadness, joy or excitement—makes life worth living. When adding humor to these tense times, I can process, look back and even laugh at my own shortcomings.
