Experiment in Thick Paint 2

I am immersed in an ongoing exploration of color and shape. In this new work I juxtapose the shapes created with knives and thick paint against thin, flat areas. Random specks of stray paint set up a dialogue between accident and deliberation. Movement and color elicit a visceral reaction based on the operating narrative of each individual viewer.
