The figure in this series is an adaption of 16th century French queen, Marguerite de Valois, a character from the book The Master and Margarita written by Mikhail Bulgakov. Choosing this figure shows how an object or character changes through different perspectives and interpretations over time. In our contemporary world, images lose their original meaning as the content attached to them constantly fluctuates. In my work this tendency is portrayed by combining different elements and images from various sources, then visualizing them through various methods of production.
