As a “stranger” in the United States, I’m trying to explore a way to merge two different cultures together. A bracket as an object is easy to ignore; however, it is an indispensable item that is used to hold and connect other objects. Once it becomes the main part in the art, the relationship between the body and the object are strengthened. By using this kind of construction material, I also want to explore the indistinct boundary between the art object and contemporary jewelry, which can let me play more tricks.
