Toronto’s skyline is one of its signature world-renowned features. However, as the media overuses it in advertisements, the conventional skyline landscape has often become predictable and mundane. I took up the challenge to bring this symbolic scenery new life and vibrancy by limiting myself to only using intricately connected bold and elegant line work. From a distance, one may see just another Toronto tribute. However, the detail of it draws you up close to explore the characteristics of each building and shape that contributes to the city’s character.
