I am an artist and designer making functional and nonfunctional works. My subject matter is the design of products and spaces for children’s play. Through sculptural works, I take a critical stance against many of the values encoded within contemporary products designed for children. Using craft processes and a tongue-in-cheek sense of humor, I seek to pose alternative values for the modern child.
