“Unschooling: an educational method and philosophy that advocates learner-chosen activities as a primary means for learning.” Art is the single thing I can do completely for myself, so I make art that I will be able to reflect on and still get a positive message from in the future. At this point in my life I have been learning to see the beauty in mistakes, to roll with the punches and to stop being such a goddamn perfectionist. Each work of late has been developed intuitively (rather than planned) as a reminder that life, like art, is messy. Enjoy the process.
