Mixed media painting on canvas 2018 36"w x 48"h
My work represents the embodiment of self through natural elements. I am largely influenced by my experience with the strength of mindset and the weakness of the body and how they relate to health and healing. My work explores the tension between the strength and fragility of the body and nature. As with the seasons of nature, seasons of health may be barren or present the hope of new life and rejuvenation. Through my work, I aim to give the viewer a space where anxiety, uncertainty and fragility can coexist with hope. The parts of life and nature are fragmented together.

Due to the building guidelines that are in place in response to the COVID-19 situation, we are unable to install a new art exhibit in 2020 in our Farmington Hills, Michigan and Fort Worth, Texas offices.
Thankfully, the majority of artists who currently have their work on display in our Michigan and Texas locations have graciously allowed us to continue to do so for another year, through the spring of 2021. We would like to extend a huge thank you to those artists and we look forward to continuing with a new exhibition in the summer of 2021.
