The Comedy of Life

I draw from life. People are moody, flawed and beautiful: words that speak to the complex nature of being human. I draw quickly and intuitively with a live model. I hope to represent the sensitive nature of our emotional and lively relations with the world around us. The experiences we have are not singular; we are surely connected in ways that speak to humanity as a whole. This drawing is from a series called Eruptions from the Well (The Well of Life).
