This photograph was taken as the sun was going down at a dam in my hometown, Shreveport, Louisiana. I went to the dam at a certain time of day because I knew how perfect the reflection would be. It had rained the day before, so I was certain there would be plenty of water for the shot. My thought is that the person is walking away from the chaos of life but leaving her shadow (or reflection) behind.
