Art has always been a part of my life in some shape or form. Starting as an outlet, it grew over time into a passion for capturing moments, and with that I started creating art as a visual voice. I began working in pencil and quickly learned that realism came naturally to me. With an obsession to represent as much detail as possible, I challenged myself with more difficult images, eventually learning to manipulate paint as well as color in order to capture a mood or fleeting emotion. Photorealism and other mixed media have become a place for me to push all of these.
