My sculptures use organic forms and inspiration from the natural world in an attempt to reflect contemporary ideations and issues in human cultures and the effect these have on our relationship with nature. I construct my artwork using various mediums to express the human relationship with the Earth’s environment, using resources that are readily available to me in my own surroundings. In doing so I hope to create a sense of connection between viewers and the world surrounding them and fashion artwork that serves as inspiration for better understanding life’s natural processes.
