I am a collector and an explorer; I seek out diversity in life and culture. I aspire to navigate the world. All of these impulses fuel my paintings, which I create from memory. I portray formal metaphors of my memories rather than realistic images. As memories are my mind’s collection, I employ painting to explore my mind.
