Intaglio print on paper, 2017, 6"w x 9"h
My work has many influences including faith, family and nature across a range of years. These current works have been formed through a variety of printmaking techniques including chine collé, aquatint and etching, demonstrating the mutability and scope of interest that represent my creative process on a two-dimensional surface. Printmaking has shifted for me this year, from the literal and representational to a very minimal and ethereal aesthetic. Rather than telling viewers what they are viewing, I now give observers an opportunity to examine these works and draw their own conclusions.

This work is very inspiring and spiritual, to me.
It echoes of Mark Rothko ands paths in art.
