Happenings: the Wondrous Prairie is a series of images created from the perspective of animal life and nature in alteration. The works emphasize the subtle and abrupt visual transitions in nature. Influencing this work have been my countless, year-round walks in the wooded terrain of north Texas and southern Oklahoma. By showing evidence of animal remains, habitats, trails, nesting and hiding spaces as well as earth and water in a state of alteration, I bring forth an implied happening by alluding at the same time to what emerges and what may be withdrawing from the image.

Due to the building guidelines that are in place in response to the COVID-19 situation, we are unable to install a new art exhibit in 2020 in our Farmington Hills, Michigan and Fort Worth, Texas offices.
Thankfully, the majority of artists who currently have their work on display in our Michigan and Texas locations have graciously allowed us to continue to do so for another year, through the spring of 2021. We would like to extend a huge thank you to those artists and we look forward to continuing with a new exhibition in the summer of 2021.
