Living in an era of rapid development, the notion of nature tends to be forgotten. My work depicts an oneiric and allegorical landscape employing abstract figures. The extraordinary contrast between the opaque and translucent forms alludes to my personal struggle regarding the imbalance between urbanization and nature. The floating organic shapes offer a dynamic scene. The fluid backgrounds evoke the vulnerability of the ephemeral. Referencing current cultural and social topics, I wish to elicit a sense of retrospection through these mystic visuals.
