The expression of homesickness. Moving to the U.S. on my own made me really miss my dog, Samuel, who is home waiting for me every day. I miss my Samuel so much, to the point where I am going crazy inside. The sketch look with splatters over bold lines and hands are expressing the strong feeling inside me, symbolizing me trying to reach him; however, I can’t.
