My work is an ongoing attempt to hold and feel the temporariness of the everyday and appreciate how the objects evoke their own unimportance to help us render certain truths through breaking apart their forms, materiality and language. It is through these perspectives that new metaphors emerge for understanding one’s own sense of identity, which is always in a state of flux within a milieu of borders ranging from intimate to cultural.
